Spacious units with good wifi and amicable staff. Central heating, a work desk and a TV - very useful. Marvellous location of the hotel very close to the train station. Also - adjacent to the centre of town and the amazing naval museum...

New-fashioned, immaculate room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a bidet and fresh towels.

The hotel is nicely presented with a competent staff and a cafe bar.

Our room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable night's rest. the staff were pleasant and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. a fantastic experience before starting our Camino Ingles journey. During my recent stay at a hotel in Ferrol, I was really surprised by the excellent customer service. This level of understanding and flexibility really impressed us. the breakfast provided was delicious and included in the price of our stay. The tostada and tomate, along with orange juice and coffee, made for a satisfying start to our day. The hotel also offered a strong and reliable internet connection, a bonus for staying connected during our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this place is perfect and peaceful, close to the shipbuilding museum, the port, grocery stores, and plazas.

Rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great water pressure which adds to a wonderful shower experience. they provide an extra bed in case you need more sleeping space. the staff is really friendly and ready to assist you when needed 😊.

The best part was the on-site parking, which was a definite winner for us. The breakfast, although not as impressive as we had hoped, did offer delicious coffee. The staff were helpful in rectifying a misunderstanding about the breakfast inclusion. we would recommend this hotel for its affordability and convenience.
